Chromeo’s new album, Business Casual, is out now, and the Canadian electro-pop duo showed up on David Letterman’s show last night (Sept. 20) to promote it. Dave 1 And P-Thugg were joined by a set of singers straight out of Robert Palmer’s “Addicted to Love” video, and their familiar keyboards-on-legs to add a little spice to the performance.
“Night by Night” is full of vocodered vocals, old analog syths and a few pop flourishes—in other words, not a whole lot different to most of Chromeo’s other material, but kind of fun to see them performing it in such a setting anyway. Sadly, we don’t get to hear what Dave thought, as the clip cuts off before he bounds onto the stage.
