Christina Aguilera may have been striving to get a little credibility by hiring a few hip producers and artists to work on Bionic, but she’s not afraid to get her fingers dirty and court the mainstream by appearing on Regis and Kelly. Aguilera performed the Polow da Don produced track “Not Myself Tonight” on the show.
Unfortunately the stage is far too small for Aguilera and her various dancers and musicians, making what might have been a spectacular performance seem like something akin to a global superstar performing to three men and a dog in your local downtrodden bar. She can still hit those notes though—fast forward to 2:30 to get blasted by that trademark Aguilera wail.
