Chris Brown: "Yo (Excuse Me Miss)" (Star Slinger Refix)
Remember back in 2005 when Chris Brown was nothing more than a fresh-faced kid with a reasonably strong voice and some good dance moves? Me too. I won't get into how much he's changed since releasing "Yo (Excuse Me Miss)" back then. But I will give some more thought to that track because Star Slinger has just released his great refix of what was Brown's second single. The U.K. producer's dreamy take on "Yo (Excuse Me Miss)" is set to appear on Friends of Friends Music's second Pop Massacre mixtape. The first featured the likes of Daedelus, Shlohmo, and Dntel remixing cuts from Lady GaGa, Richie Valens, and Soulja Boy.
