Chris Brown: "Deuces" (Remix) f. Drake, Kanye West, T.I., Fabolous & Andre 3000

I never got around to hearing Chis Brown's latest single, "Deuces," even though I heard plenty of good things about it from numerous sources. Most of them weren't too proud of liking the track, of course, considering the shit Brown went through last year. But hey, I guess this star-studded remix is his way of apologizing to us all. To be fair, he did get an absolutely insane ensemble together, all of whom deliver at the very least entertaining guest bars to the subdued track.

Drake's opening verse is good enough but a little too by-the-numbers; T.I. seems to go by too quickly; Kanye drops some killer wordplay and nearly steals the show; Fabolous sounds right at home, which is no big surprise considering his affinity for hopping on remixes like this; and Andre 3000 is, well, on-point as always. As for Brown's original contributions? Well, he is clearly not looking to be in the spotlight here, though his minor original vocals sound just fine on the hook.
