While his buddy Kid Cudi is busy working on rock projects and giving out a mixtape with material from the early 2000s, Chip Tha Ripper is keeping it moving in the languid hip-hop realm. His consistently impressive ear for production truly shines on "Low Key," the latest leak off his upcoming Tell Ya Friends release. Whereas other leaks have been murky, subdued bangers, "Low Key" is a twinkling introspective joint from Chip. He maintains that "this is some real shit" with "no corny punch lines, motherfucker."
