Cassius plays that type of French house music that you probably either love or hate. Though, having done production time for Mo' Wax back in the 90's, the duo of Philippe Zdar and Hubert Blanc-Francart (aka Boombass) lean more towards a Justice-type cool than a Paul Oakenfeld lameness.
The duo recently released The Rawkus E.P. featuring club-hit "I <3 U So" via Ed Banger Records. Regardless of your sentiments towards the music, you can't help but love the iPhone lip gimmick for the first single off the record. Although, it does seems awfully similar to Tanya Morgan's "So Damn Down" video featuring the Mouthoff! app.
In addition to the awesome video, Ed Banger Records has released an iPhone app so you can sing along to the track that allows you to choose between 8 different faux-mouths.
