Cage: "I Never Knew" (Video)
Shia LaBeouf, aka the star of Transformers 2: Electric Boogaloo, has latched himself onto Cage like a vampire, promising to make a biopic about the Definitive Jux rapper and now directing (and appearing in) the video for his latest single, "I Never Knew." The video features a dude being followed around by a black cloud that looks suspiciously like the smoke monster from Lost, and has a lot of uneasy, Fight Club-looking performance footage of Cage doing his thing.
Cage's latest album, Depart From Me, is due out on June 30 via Def Jux. [via Pitchfork]

Never heard about the LaBeouf/Cage connection until now. Kinda interesting how Cage has toned down considerably and Eminem has amped up the crazy.
I remember when Em and Cage had a little back and forth going. Those were the days...
I miss Cage. This new incarnation... uhhhh not so much.
