Just over a decade after Rage Against The Machine suffused "The Ghost Of Tom Joad" with a musical intensity that both matched and enhanced the already potent lyrical content of the song, Bruce Springsteen brought Rage guitarist Tom Morello onstage at the Honda Center in Anaheim to work his magic on the song once again. Any Springsteen concert is by definition a religious experience, but Morello's solo during the song's outro raised  a bar already set impossibly high by the Boss.
