Late yesterday, NPR premiered "Windows," the first single from Broken Bells' upcoming Meyrin Fields EP. It's a proggy, Asia-esque jammer that sounds like it was copied from 1974 and released today. It's not exactly the easy pop charms of the band's studio album, which might disappoint the fans. We sort of approve of this look more than the poppy Broken Bells. Listen at NPR.
Meyrin Fields is due out on March 29.
