
For reasons that aren't exactly clear (I mean, he's not British, and as far as I know, doesn't have a significantly larger audience in Britain) Conor Oberst's new Bright Eyes video for "Shell Games" is streaming now exclusively at the Guardian. In the clip, we see Obesrt and his new Bright Eyes bandmates rock the shit out of someone's patio, playing the synthy song while setting up a blanket town. This is probably one of the least offensive Bright Eyes songs in quite some time, so I guess Oberst is trying to go out on top? He's retiring the Bright Eyes name after the promotion for the recently released The People's Key wraps up. Watch the video at Guardian.
