It might not be the first place you think of when the genre "soul" is thrown around, but as the Boom Clap Bachelorshave proven: Denmark has soul, y'all. Further driving that point home is the group's latest single, "Skynd Dig Langsomt," which admittedly isn't your typical soul track because of the use of electronics, particularly synthesizers. But those vocals, which are led by Quadron's CoCo O. and Liv Lykke, are undeniable. As are the strings that work to accent the vocals with a sweet punch. And capping it off with that do-nothing-but-roll-around-in-bed-with-your-lover vibe is director Melinda James, who captured the song perfectly in the above video.
The track stems from the Bachelors' latest effort, Mellem Dine Læber, which is out now on Plug Research.
