The words “media whore” aren’t the first that come to mind when you think of the affable Justin Vernon, but here he is back on TV again for the second night in a row. The singer was following his performance on the Colbert Report the previous night with this rendition of “Holocene” from his new record on Jimmy Fallon’s show. It’s a quick return for Bon Iver—they were on the show as recently as May—but its not really a surprise to see them back as this is exactly the kind of act the Fallon producers have been pushing hard for in their music content. The only disappointment is the lack of involvement from the Roots. But we always say that when the Roots aren’t involved with the musical guests on the show. [via The Audio Perv]
