Body Language: "Social Studies"
Valentine's Day was yesterday, but that doesn't mean that the time for romance is gone. "Social Studies," the title track from Brooklyn group Body Language's self-released EP, isn't explicitly about candy hearts or doe eyes or kissy faces, but there's an unmistakable air of romance around Angelica Bess' delicate coos and the song's candy coated electronics. Seriously, those cloud nine synths are just made to soundtrack one of those "We're falling in love but we're indie, too!" scenes in a movie inevitably starring Zooey Deschenal.
