Blueprint isn't just promoting his latest single, "Radio-Inactive," with the above visuals for the track. He's also using it to announce his forthcoming Rhymesayers release, Adventures in Counter-Culture due out next March. And from the sound of "Radio-Inactive," it seems like the record could offer a substantial change in artistic direction for the Columbus, Ohio-based rapper-producer. Gone is the more boom bap-centric style of his previous records for a sound steeped in synthesizers, keyboards, and drum machines, all of which complement his lyrics dealing with his cynicism for the world of today.
Adventures in Counter-Culture drops March 1, 2011. You can buy the "Radio-Inactive" single on iTunes now.
