Bloc Party: "One Month Off" (Live on Letterman) (Video)

David Letterman seemed embarrassed to show his TV viewers the cover of Bloc Party’s Intimacy last night (March 23), but he sheepishly acquiesced. Clearly Letterman isn’t a fan of My Bloody Valentine’s Glider EP, which bears a similar cover , but with a little more tongue action going down.

The band has been relatively quiet since their racism row with Sex Pistols singer John Lydon blew up last year, but they’re currently in the U.S. to do another round of dates to promote Intimacy . There’s also a remix album due, ingeniously titled Intimacy Remixed , which is set to feature reworkings by Mogwai, No Age and Armand Van Helden.
