You know what's an underdeveloped music video meme? Reimagining the Ku Klux Klan as funky dancers who use charcoal to set fires. That's what happens in the video for Blank Dogs' hazy "Setting Fire to Your House," which is directed by Jacqueline Castel. I'm not sure what message the video is trying to forward beside the fact that you can apparently light charcoal and burn down someone's house as they watch TV, but it's a pretty quirky and entertaining clip.
"Setting Fire to Your House" is on Blank Dogs' Under and Under, which is due out on May 26 via In the Red. [Pitchfork]
