Blackalicious' first recorded output in five years is a Christmas song made for Target. Let that sink in for a moment. Now that that's out of the way, it's important to point out that the track at least jams a bunch of wide-eyed energy into what could have easily been a super lame cash in, accurately capturing the rabid anticipation children possess around this time of year. My first reaction was sweet new Blackalicious. Then I read Target Christmas and was thinking oof, but the song is still pretty good

Target's video with the kids in reverse is an incredible piece of work that integrates the song perfectly.

Had to look up this song because it is one of the cutes advertisements I prefer to Fast Forward threw commercials but this one is one of the ones I watch all the way through
