Black Sheep: "Forever LuvLee" (Video, MP3)

Golden Era hip-hop act Black Sheep is back. Well, sort of. To be fair, there was 2006's 8WM/Novakane, but that record didn't make much of a dent. But three years later, Dres, Black Sheep's MC, is returning with a new EP (From The Black Pool Of Genius: The Prelude) and full-length (From The Black Pool Of Genius) under his former duo's moniker. "Forever LuvLee" -- a smooth, horns-driven joint -- is a fine means of his easing his way back into the industry. Dres also sounds like he hasn't lost a step. And that's refreshing coming from someone like him who has been around the block, especially because so many hip-hop acts struggle with longevity.
