Since releasing their debut EP via MySpace last year, things have been going off the rails for Jacksonville, Florida’s, Black Kids. They caught rave reviews, got sets at major fests like Coachella, and they signed with Columbia Records. Now, they have their second big budget video with a picnic/exploding pyramid (?) themed clip for “Hurricane Jane.”

The album version of the song is a vast improvement over the original MySpace demo, and the video is pretty cool too.

The Kids’ debut album, Partie Traumatic, hits stores on July 22.
