You can't expect a Bill Callahan video to be all fireworks and ice cream, especially when that video is for a single off an album called Apocalypse. But this video for "Riding for the Feeling" is a pleasure: It's just footage of a jumper floating above mountains, providing a mellow visual to go along with the mellow song. This is like a down blanket in music video form. Totally comforting, totally warm. Callahan might take some flak for being a Debbie Downer, but this shows the benefits of being less than chipper.
