Bilal: "Robots" (Video)
The latest visuals off Bilal's Airtight's Revenge serve two purposes today. Along with further pushing what is a rather good album, the video for "Robots" is "an election day special." The Mikael Colombu-directed visuals provide the viewer with Bilal's perspective on politics. The singer is especially concerned with whether we have all become corporate-programmed robots controlled by propaganda. And his words come to life here as Colombu weaves live footage and animated stills together for one of the slicker videos seen this year.
