Bilal: "Restart"
After he watched his sophomore record get shelved and then leaked (and loved), Bilal could have called it quits out of frustration with the music biz. But instead, he began crafting his proper second album, Airtight's Revenge, that is finally dropping the next month. And after hearing it a few times, I can attest that this will be worth your time once it's released. If you need to hear for yourself, we have "Restart" here. The half-funk, half-dance track is produced by Bilal and Stevie McKie and finds the singer at his most accessible. With any luck, this could easily weasel its way onto the radio.
