Bilal: "Restart" (Video)
I was digging this track when it leaked back in August or about a month prior to the release of Bilal's latest album, Airtight's Revenge. And "Restart" remains just as catchy and engaging now that it has visuals to accompany the funky beat and killer vocals. Director Michael Sterling Eaton has captured the vibrant feel of the track with his video. He combines oddball imagery surrounding a masked man and shots of Bilal performing, all of which are covered by an ever-changing color palate. From what I have been told, this is the first of several videos we should be seeing from Bilal in the near future. I'm personally excited to see the visuals for "Levels," which were put together by Flying Lotus.
