Big Boi: "General Patton"
Big Boi posted this track to his Twitter earlier today, yet another preview of his upcoming Sir Lucious Leftfoot: The Son Of Chico Dusty album. Where nearly every other leak from the album found Big Boi sounding almost jovial, "General Patton" is a straight up rager. I mean, I'd be pretty mad too if my album had been delayed so many times.
Production-wise, the track sits in a nice space between Dungeon Family and Dipset. Blaring horns collide with choral vocals and orchestral flourishes, while the drums stomp holes everywhere. It's another unpredictable track from an album that has already proven itself to be chock full of them. Check it out below.
