Big Boi: "Follow Us" f. Vonnegutt
Another song from Big Boi's upcoming Sir Lucious Leftfoot: The Son Of Chico Dusty has leaked. This time, it's the sort of digi-tropical sounding "Follow Us," featuring the awesomely named Vonnegutt. The track finds Big Boi in great form, which isn't all that surprising considering the quality of every other song to come from this album. The beat is equally knocking, riding a steady pulse and weaving snakelike synths and vocal lines throughout the empty space. I'm not entirely sold on the hook this time around though, but I'm not sure if it's because it's bad, or because it's the most pedestrian sounding thing to come from any of the songs released so far.
