There's no indication whether this latest Beyonce runoff is a genuinely new track or a piece that didn't make the cut for I Am...Sasha Fierce, but the fact that the track was produced by Swedish pop juggernauts Stargate would seem to suggest that "Slow Love" isn't just studio chaff. It doesn't stand out as a "Single Ladies," or an "Irreplaceable," or even a "Halo," but Beyonce's at the point in her career where she's proven that her name can give her tracks distance, all by itself.
