Another track from Belle And Sebastian's upcoming Write About Love album was unveiled today. This time, it's the uptempo "Come On Sister," which further showcases the concise, air-tight pop songwriting that the album's title track first unveiled. Stuart Murdoch engages in a duet with an especially bubbly keyboard part throughout most of the track, while some of the band's sharpest guitar work punctuates each line. While the band has always known its way around a hook and a classically constructed pop song, it's tracks like this that reveal a substantial and lovable amount of confidence behind what they're doing now. Give it a listen below.
