La Blogotheque, of Take Away Show fame, has launched a new concert series called "Soirees de Poche" (pocket parties) that features bands performing to a crowd and longer than the one or two song typical Take Away Show. Beirut is apparently the tenth band to do a pocket part, and their set is about 25 minutes, and features tracks from Beirut's discography, and a cover of Serge Gainsbourg's "La Javanaise."
