Beirut: "11th Arrondissement" (Stream)

Beirut has been getting a bunch of summer comedy love: Jonah Hill wears a T-shirt promoting the band in Judd Apatow's Funny People, and now a new instrumental track, "11th Arrondissement," is featured on the soundtrack for Paper Heart. Considering the song is named after a neighborhood in Paris, it's rather French-y, sounding like the clattering of bicycles on stone streets. To hear the track, head to Stereogum

The Paper Heart soundtrack features a bunch of new material from Alden Penner, he of Clues currently, and the Unicorns formerly, and is out now.

And as a reminder, we're still running our Paper Heart cover contest. You have until Friday (when the movie opens) to enter.
