Beck: "Never Tear Us Apart" f. St. Vincent, Liars & Os Mutantes (INXS Cover) (Video)

For just the second time during their complete cover of INXS' Kick, Beck has given lead vocal duties to St. Vincent's Annie Clark, and the results are stellar: She straight kills "Never Tear Us Apart." This is perhaps the first song from Beck's Record Club project that could be released as a single that  would appeal to people beyond Beck completists. There's a Phil Spector, '60s vibe happening here thanks to the violins, Clark's lovely vocals and Angus Andrews' harmonies (which is something I never, ever thought I'd write). Great stuff.
