Beck: "Books Of Moses" f. Jamie Lidell (Skip Spence Cover) (Video)

Jamie Lidell takes the lead vocals on "Books of Moses," the latest cover from Skip Spence's Oar attempted by Beck and his Record Club. The song sounds nearly like a Lidell original, since it replicates the soul-throb of his solo work (which happens to occasionally be produced by Beck) instead of the chain gang bareness of the original. I've said it once, but I'll say it again: It is going to be sad when the Record Club moves on to another album, because these videos have been like a special Friday morning treat every week.
