Beastie Boys: "B Boys in the Cut" (Audio)

"B Boys in the Cut" is an a capella freestyle by the Beastie Boys that showcases how the group creates songs, with Mike D, Ad Rock, and MCA drop verses over the top of each other until themes emerge. There are some pretty random lines here ("I keep my microphone in a little weird sheath"), but it's an interesting artifact from the Beasties' vault. The track was included on a 7-inch that came with random copies of the Check Your Head reissue on vinyl, which is out now.
