Bat for Lashes: "Daniel" (Video)
In the video for her new single, "Daniel," Natasha Khan (aka Bat for Lashes) plays the part of a Little Red Riding Hood who isn't trying to fight off ending up in a wolf's lower intestine, but instead trying to escape some modern dancers who want to dance abstractly around her. The video climaxes when Khan starts driving in the car from National Lampoon's Vacation and meets up with a stand-in for Daniel from The Karate Kid (whoa, '80s).
"Daniel" is on Bat for Lashes' Two Suns, which is due out on April 7 via Astralwerks. [Stereogum]
