Basement Jaxx are smart guys, so instead of trying to stuff Santigold into their usual  spot of hyperactive, trance-house, they slip her into the type of hyperactive electro-reggae that Santigold straddles best. So, if you had any worries that Basement Jaxx's upcoming Scars was going to turn into the kind of unseemly celebrity guest-spot salad that N.A.S.A.'s debut was, then "Saga" should go some distance in putting your fears to rest.

Scars is reportedly out in October on XL.
