Andrew Bird: "Hospital"
Last month we reported on Norman, the upcoming film from director Jonathan Segal, which features new music and a soundtrack compiled by indie strings player Andrew Bird. “Hospital,” the first byte of Bird’s contributions, seems to come from a darker place than any track on his last release, Noble Beast. Wavering with violin squeals and distant electronics, the instrumental ballad is fully tuned for cinematic effect.
