Alexander Spit: "Getaway Car" F. The Alchemist

Being the genius beatsmith that he is, we normally expect to find The Alchemist scoring a grimy-come-soulful beat when he contributes to other artists' records. But for Los Angeles-based MC Alexander Spit's "Getaway Car," he keeps his services to a harsh middle verse (the gritty beat, produced by Spit himself, would make Alc proud, though). In fact, the young Californian has crafted the entirety of his forthcoming project, A Breathtaking Trip To That Other Side (out Jan. 29 via Decon), where this track will eventually call home, and where Action Bronson, Mr. MFN eXquire and E-40 will all stop by as guests.
