Adrian Younge: "Shot Me In the Heart" (Video)

Black Dynamite, last year's homage to Blaxploitation films, featured one of the year's most meticulously recorded soundtracks. Using only 70s-era recording equipment, composer Adrian Younge delivered a blend that was equal parts Blaxploitation and Spaghetti Western. Following his lead, director David Wong pulled out the old black-and-white reels of 16mm film to shoot this noirish video for "Shot in the Heart," one of the soundtrack's best cuts.
