Jonny Greenwood, Krzysztof Penderecki Album Dropping In March

We previously heard about Jonny Greenwood’s collaboration with Polish composer Krzysztof Penderecki back in September. They had announced the fact that they were indeed working on an album together and that it would be released via Nonesuch Records. But the project’s title and release date had eluded us.

That changes today, because Nonesuch has announced that the album is eponymous. It’s also due out March 13 and will be followed by a concert at Barbican Hall in London on March 22. The AUKSO Chamber Orchestra, which can be heard on the record, will perform the music. Penderecki and Marek Mo? will serve as the composers for the evening.

You can pre-order the release at Nonesuch and view the track listing below.
