Holy Ghost! Announce Tour, Debut Album Details

    Holy Ghost! have been fairly ubiquitous on the dance scene for a while now (their first single, “Hold On,” was released on 2007), and though they’ve put out a steady stream of singles, an EP and a slew of high profile remixes, they’ve not yet released a long player. Looks like that’s about to change: The duo has announced that their debut self-titled album will be available as a digital release exclusively through iTunes on April 5, and then get a proper DFA release on April 12. The 10-song album will include several cameos (Luke Jenner of the Rapture, Juan Maclean and Chris Glover of Penguin Prison) including, perhaps, the mother of all cameos: Michael McDonald doing smooth vocals on a track (!).You can stream the album’s lead single, “Do It Again,” at CoS, here.

     

    They’ve also announced a spring tour — with Cut Copy — which kicks off on March 28. See below for venues and dates you can catch them in their full-band incarnation:
