Colts and Chargers have byes in the AFC. Saints and Vikings have byes in the NFC.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say Colts and Vikings in the Super Bowl. Haha. Then the Vikings win it all and Brett Favre gets talked about more than Tiger Woods and I stop reading about sports for a month.

I think both races are wide open. I do really like the Pack as a sleeper. I hope they can play Minny one more time in the playoffs. The only thing I'm sure of is that my Jets will lose in an excruciating fashion. At least they didn't do so last night.

My wife and I have been going to Chargers playoff home games for the last few years. We're really excited that we have another to look forward to this year! I hope it's vs. the Patriots. I still hate them.

I dislike Philip Rivers and Norv Turner so I will be rooting against you Kwaping.

I dislike Rivers' mouth, but the rest is all good. I'm a convert to Turner, I finally believe he knows what he's doing. Go ahead and root against me though, more fun that way. :)

Footnote to my Rivers comment... While I think his numbers are artificially high because of all the amazing receivers he has, he is still pretty darn accurate. I saw a lot of missed long balls this last weekend, and Phil hardly ever misses. He makes some bad decisions, but you can't question his deep throws.

I am hoping the Eagles make the NFC Championship game.
Not because I am an Eagles fan, but because I am a Packers fan and the only way the Packers can get a home playoff game (which I would go to because my family has Packers season tickets) is if the Eagles and Packers both get there. |

Bosman where are you from? Milwaukee I'm guessing. Also, I'd like to see the Pack and the Vikes in round two, because that would be pandemonium.

I'm originally from Sturgeon Bay (Door County).
That would be batshit crazy if it happened in round two or round three (even moreso in round three), but like Bill Simmons wrote about a month ago it's almost TOO big. It'd kill the losing state, and they'd have to shut down for a month. I can't even think about it. |

Never been, but I hear Door County is a great part of the country.
Sorry for the off-track post. Football rules. (Giants in 2010.) |

It is a GREAT place to visit.
It is TERRIBLE to grow up in.

Go Vikings! I'd be cool if the Jets/Bengals/Colts/Cardinals/Eagles/Saints won too. |

Door County is cool if you enjoy trees. Or apples. Or ice.
Otherwise, the best part about Door County is that it's like an hour or so drive from Green Bay, which is like a 3 hour drive from Madison/Milwaukee.
I had never realized people actually lived in Sturgeon Bay though, I just assumed it was mentioned on the news for the snow fall amounts, as in, "Well, we got 14 inches, but at least it's not as bad as the 15 in Sturgeon Bay." |
