They forgot the very-important Owner Veto. As in, "I don't care if you called shotgun, you are a gigantic douchebag and I don't want you in the front seat."

No such veto exists my freind.... driver has no say, it's between the passengers and only the passengers.

It exists in my world! It's my damn car, if I don't want you in the front seat, you don't get in the front seat. I don't see what's so hard about that. Maybe you'd have to know my co-workers to understand. One of them is a 350-pound power lifter and another is an irritating gay guy.
