any reason why you chose to compare vs. spin.com? I was just looking at their site today and there's too much going on it seems. prefix does have a nice spike in numbers compared to pfork though.

Pref*ck would be very popular in Canada.

I compare versus all the known music sites like Pfork, Stereogum, Spin, etc.

 

I just put up Spin in the example because comparing to them last month is what made me get all mad. It's a good feeling knowing you're a little operation with twice the traffic of a big corporate publication like Spin. The fact they surpassed us last month made me angry. We'll have to work harder.

 

I haven't read Spin in yeaarrrrrs.

Yeah, they asked for a short expression. I forget the letter count but it was ridiculously low and hard to work with. I figured they thought it was ridiculous since they didn't know the inside joke, but whatever.
