I do not concur, iz all about the hawks,, the wings have had their time... regardless the series opener was sweet the other day and I'm expecting much the same tonight..
Hoping for a little more of this action..

Pens destroyed the Canes... good stuff.
Wings are falling apart man, they'll probably finish off Chicago, but their getting riddled with injuries. Datsyuk... Lidstrom.. Draper... Osgoode gets dehydrated, the age is starting to show. |

No the injuries are worrying, but I think they have more depth than most NHL teams, and I think they'll be fine. |

Datsyuk, Lidstrom, Draper and Osgoode will all be active by the time game 1 of the final rolls around,,, injuries in the playoffs are unavoidable... But still I'm cheering for Pitt,,, the Wings have been sick since '96 when they had all the -ov's on the team, give someone else a chance...

Remember too that the VP of Hockey Operations for the Wings, the great Steve Yzerman, once played an entire playoffs year with a broken leg. He just taped that shit up and played.

This is true,, Nabokov could put together a tournament like Hasek's in 1998... And thats not mentioning the fact that Datsyuk is arguably the best all-around player in the game currently...
Also, the States are going to have a better squad than they have in the past... Parise, Stastny, Kane, Wheeler and Brown are all solid...
