All you have to do is stand on the roof of the motel and pick off the bunnies as the come to attack. For the first 10 levels or so, this seemed less than challenging since the bunnies were moving pretty slowly. I held on to the starter colt .45 pistol - with unlimited ammo - for most of those levels, saving up for guns, ammo and motel repairs later on.

Once you pass level 10, things begin moving a lot faster and you definitely need an automatic weapon because the bunnies, well, they multiply like rabbits and move pretty quickly.
