I was hoping her career was over, but that seems like that was a pipe dream.
That being said, I think she'll be slaughtered in the campaign. I can't see Caligulas like Rudy Giuliani, Mitt Romney, and basically every other Republican who thought about running for president in the last 4 years is going to be as nice to her as they were when she was the VP candidate. They'll eat her for breakfast before she even gets to face Obama. |

Does anyone see this and the end of the world on December 21, 2012 as a coincidence? Or is it just me?

The Republican Party will throw her into the ring as the proverbial "sacrificial lamb." I think they've already come to terms that the next 8 years will be Democratic rule, so they need someone to embarrass in 2012. Might as well be her.

This is great news! Four more years of entertainment from Palin, with no threat to Obama. Politics wil be a lot more interesting with Palin and her awesome husband hanging around...and SNL may be good again. Ok maybe not "good" -but better.

Sarah Palin wants to be President. And I want all the rivers, streams and ponds in the world to be made of chocolate pudding. That's even more absurd than Stephon Marbury being a Celtic.
Actually Dave, I think Tina Fey is pretty pissed. She REALLY hates Sarah Palin, and was so sick of playing her for laughs that she seriously considered giving it all up if McCain won. Of course, by the time Palin was nominated, the chances of McCain winning were slim to nil, so take that seriousness with a grain of salt. |
