Damn. The Colts aren't my favorite team, but I Dungy might be my favorite coach....

The Colts coach had arrived in Indianapolis Saturday to meet with owner Jim Irsay on Sunday, where the two friends would discuss Dungy's decision to retire at the relatively young age of 53. Irsay wanted his coach back for an eighth season, of course, and he awaited Dungy's final word after another day of deliberation and prayer with Lauren.

As a Pats fan it's my duty to hate the Colts, but I still can't deny his greatness as a coach. A lot of people complain about his playoff record, but many coaches don't even have a playoff record. Making the playoffs in a league with a 16-game season is really hard., much less doing it 10 consecutive times.  Even though I despised how he constantly wove his religion into football, he seemed like an honorable man on and off the field.

As a Jets fan it's my duty to laugh at you for not making the playoffs at 11-5 while a 9-win team is making the Super Bowl, then go back to rooting for my sorry ass team.
