2) Bill has things he wants to buy: a) bought by a buyer or b) the shoemaker would be brought to him.  3) While Bill has given untold millions to the third world, purchasing a pair of shoes known by name to the Latinos looking into the window, signifying they cannot afford to shop there yet know the stock is inexplicable.
