Reminds me of Hilter, with a lisp; but with not as good a sense of humor. A fear mongerer, roundly hated by middle/lower and underclass New Yorkers.  His greastest accomplishment was a total disregard for the Bill of Rights. For 7 years and 8 months his strormtroopers took advantage of the most disadvantaged. If 9/11 had not happened America's Mayor, might well be under the care of the Justice system, which is caring for his Police Commissioner, who almost became the secretary of Homeland Security - whose home was built by NY Mafia Crime  Families, While he was head of  the Nation's largest Police Department. Their favorite movie was "the Godfather" Every word is true.... anymore would expose me to retribution.
