A pleasant summer evening drink was ruined for me last week when a group of frat boys descended on the bar I was in and hi-fived each other like crazy after a Phelps victory. Seriously, I've never seen such a hi-fiving frenzy. At one point I swear they were in danger of slapping their hands off (which would have made for more interesting viewing than any Phelps swim victory).

Im with Kim on this one. He doesnt seem like a bad dude.
If I had won that many gold medals I'd be a total ass hat about it. Id wear a wwe championship belt on my shoulder, Id be throwing shooter snaps to the cameras and blowing wink/kisses to all the girls in the stands.
The guy worked hard for that shit... give props where they're due. |

I think he's more of a tool rather than a douche. Douche = Tool + Asshole.
That said, what he did was still pretty amazing. |

Holy crap Monaco, that's a good one. At first I was like no way with that facial hair but then I totally saw it.
Pretty funny photos, but I wouldn't call him a douche. Maybe your typical abercombie/urban outfitters/mall look, crooked cap, fratty type guy. Some of those guys can be douchebags but some are just a little annoying. |

I'd been making fun of one of my friends for fancying him, and only the facial hair made me think that fancying him could be vaguely acceptable. I must just have dodgy taste in facial hair. Then I learnt about the tattos and got really confused, and eventually decided that I'd been right in the first place.

i think i have a double standard. i completely hate on girls liking douchey guys but i've found myself saying, but she's so pretty or hot.
