Here's the video of Hungarian weight lifter Janos Baranya at the Olympics dislocating his elbow while trying to snatch 148 kg (326.3 pounds) in his third lift in the men's 77-kilogram division.
It's pretty gruesome to see his elbow pop out of socket. Don't watch if you're squeamish. |

Gahh!
Broken bones is my weakness. I don't mind blood, entrails hanging out, eyeballs popped out of the socket, but appendages bending the wrong direction makes me wanna throw up. |
